Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Agent Penagihan Kunjungan (Collection) to join our team in Batam. As a field‑based collector for Indihome services, you will act as the face of the company, building strong relationships with customers while ensuring timely payment of their subscriptions. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact directly with a diverse client base, gain valuable experience in telecommunications, and contribute to the financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Receive monthly customer lists from the central operations team and plan efficient visitation routes.
- Register each assigned customer in the My Vista mobile application, ensuring accurate data entry and status updates.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers’ homes or businesses, adhering to scheduled appointments and safety protocols.
- Explain Indihome service usage, billing cycles, and payment options clearly and professionally, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Negotiate payment arrangements, collect outstanding fees, and issue receipts in accordance with company policy.
- Provide product education and promote additional Indihome services that may benefit the customer.
- Document visit outcomes, payment confirmations, and any follow‑up actions in the My Vista system promptly.
- Collaborate with the customer service and technical support teams to resolve service issues that may affect payment compliance.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product briefings to stay updated on the latest Indihome offerings and collection best practices.
- Maintain a professional appearance, demonstrate courteous behavior, and represent the company’s brand values at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in simple terms.
- Proficiency in using Android smartphones or similar devices for data entry and navigation.
- Own a motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driver’s license).
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, honest, and accountable.
- Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to daily schedules and safety guidelines.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions and reconciling payment records.
- Willingness to learn about Indihome products and stay current with industry trends.
