Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell designated alcoholic beverage brands to supermarkets, convenience stores, bars, restaurants, and event organizers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, including store managers, purchasing agents, and bar owners.
- Organize and execute product sampling sessions, tastings, and promotional events that comply with local licensing laws.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing accounts.
- Prepare and present sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to the regional sales manager.
- Monitor inventory levels, place replenishment orders, and ensure proper product placement on shelves.
- Provide training and product knowledge support to retail staff to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure all promotional activities adhere to the company’s responsible drinking policy and regional alcohol regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to coordinate promotional material distribution and event logistics.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 21 – 32 years old.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the client).
- Physical: Proportional height and weight, suitable for standing long periods and handling product displays.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales or SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) experience in the alcoholic beverage sector is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, strong negotiation abilities, target‑driven mindset, and a friendly, active demeanor.
- Availability: Willingness to work the designated shift from 16:00 to 02:00, Tuesday through Sunday.
- Legal: Must possess a valid ID and be eligible to work in Indonesia without restriction.
