Introduction
We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Promotor Penjualan – Wilayah Jabodetabek to join our fast‑growing sales team. In this role, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our brand, driving product awareness and encouraging customers to make purchases through the Kredivo application. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will interact directly with consumers, develop lasting relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall growth in the highly competitive Jakarta‑Bogor‑Depok‑Tangerang‑Bekasi (Jabodetabek) region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach to potential customers, presenting product benefits and guiding them to complete purchases using the Kredivo app.
- Introduce and promote new product lines, ensuring each customer receives accurate, up‑to‑date information.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain optimal product inventory levels within the assigned sales territory, coordinating with logistics to prevent stock‑outs.
- Organize and execute in‑store promotions, pop‑up events, and special marketing activities that drive foot traffic and sales conversions.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, documenting customer interactions, conversion rates, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to relay market insights and customer preferences.
- Travel throughout the Jabodetabek area, adapting quickly to various retail environments and schedules.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales promotion, retail, or direct‑to‑consumer marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the product portfolio and the broader financial‑technology industry, especially digital credit solutions like Kredivo.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated persuasive and negotiation abilities with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Effective presentation skills, capable of delivering product demos in both one‑on‑one and group settings.
- High mobility and willingness to work on‑site, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 10:00‑20:00).
- Proficiency with digital sales tools, mobile applications, and basic CRM systems.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a strong work ethic to meet fast‑paced sales goals.
