Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Akuntan Umum – Penanggung Jawab Laporan Keuangan Perusahaan to join our finance team in the vibrant BSD‑Tangerang area. This pivotal role will oversee the preparation, analysis, and submission of all financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and corporate governance requirements. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented professional with at least five years of progressive experience in general accounting, cost accounting, and tax management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and cost control reporting.
- Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate posting and timely settlement.
- Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
- Calculate, file, and monitor corporate income tax (PPh) obligations, while supporting tax planning initiatives.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard assets and improve financial integrity.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and learning‑focused environment.
- Communicate financial performance and key metrics to stakeholders in clear, English‑language reports.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Accounting or Finance.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Gender: Female (as per company policy).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in general accounting, cost accounting, and tax management.

- Akuntansi Biaya Perusahaan (Cost Accounting)
- Akuntansi Umum Perusahaan (General Ledger Management)
- Pajak Penghasilan (Corporate Income Tax)
- Manajemen Pajak (Tax Management)
- Language: Ability to conduct conversations in English, both written and spoken.

- Location: Must reside near BSD – Tangerang or be willing to relocate.
