Responsibilities

- Provide ongoing economic mentorship to member households, helping them manage finances, plan budgets, and grow their businesses.
- Conduct field surveys and feasibility analyses on loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies and risk‑assessment procedures.
- Execute collection activities, including timely follow‑ups, payment reminders, and resolution of repayment issues.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, field visits, and loan performance using the company’s digital platform.
- Prepare regular reports for supervisors, highlighting market trends, challenges, and success stories from the field.
- Collaborate with local community leaders and partner organizations to promote financial literacy and build trust.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑33 years (maximum 33 years).
- All genders are welcome; preference given to candidates with strong community ties.
- Possession of a personal vehicle is essential for daily field visits.
- Excellent integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work ethic.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Resilience and the ability to work independently in remote or challenging environments.
