Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staff HRD – Recruitment Management and Employee Development to join our growing Human Resources team. This pivotal role will support the entire employee life‑cycle, from sourcing top talent to nurturing their growth within the organization. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented professional with a strong foundation in HR law, personnel administration, and data‑driven decision making, ready to contribute both strategically and operationally.

Responsibilities

  • Design, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate full‑cycle recruitment processes for permanent, contract (PKWT), and seasonal positions.
  • Maintain and update the SIPP (Sistem Informasi Penggajian dan Personalia) and Edabu BPJS systems, ensuring accurate employee data and timely contributions.
  • Prepare and submit all mandatory labor reports, including BPJS, tax filings, and employment contracts, in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Facilitate onboarding activities, including documentation, orientation sessions, and initial training plans.
  • Develop and implement employee development programs, performance appraisal cycles, and career path frameworks.
  • Conduct regular audits of personnel files, attendance records, and payroll data to guarantee accuracy and legal compliance.
  • Provide operational support during night‑shift control checks on a rotating weekly basis, ensuring security and continuity of HR services.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to forecast staffing needs, analyze turnover trends, and propose workforce planning strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, conflict resolution, and professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, personnel administration, or labor law compliance.
  • Maximum age of 35 years.
  • Proficiency with SIPP and Edabu BPJS systems.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, PKWT contracts, and BPJS reporting procedures.
  • Excellent analytical skills for employee data analysis and workforce planning.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling both administrative and operational tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
  • Willingness to perform night‑shift operational checks once a week.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, demonstrating accountability and integrity.
  • Gender: open to all candidates.
  • Minimum of 1 year of general HR experience (in addition to the 3‑year specialized requirement).
