Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Staf Dapur Central Kitchen to join our fast‑growing food production team. This role is based in our Central Kitchen facility where large‑scale meals are prepared for catering contracts, restaurant outlets, and corporate clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for cooking in high‑volume batches while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook large‑quantity meals according to standardized recipes and portion controls.
- Coordinate with the kitchen supervisor to schedule production runs and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, adhering to HACCP and local health regulations.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as industrial ovens, mixers, grills, and steamers safely.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw ingredients, request supplies, and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Assist in menu development by providing feedback on ingredient availability, preparation times, and cost efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with fellow cooks, line staff, and logistics personnel to ensure smooth workflow during peak periods.
- Document production outputs, temperature logs, and any equipment issues for continuous improvement.
- Uphold company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and professional conduct, including observing the five daily prayers for Muslim staff.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; however, the position is currently designated for male Muslim candidates who observe the five daily prayers.
- No strict age limit, but candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding kitchen tasks.
- At least 0 years of experience; prior experience in catering, restaurant, or large‑scale food production is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to cook large portions efficiently without compromising taste or quality.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and basic food safety principles.
- Must not be simultaneously enrolled in a full‑time academic program or employed elsewhere.
- Ability to work the standard schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Willingness to reside in on‑site mess facilities provided by the company.
