Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotations, and order processing with professionalism.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets, including upselling and cross‑selling complementary products.
- Maintain accurate sales records, update the customer database, and generate regular performance reports for management review.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods, tracking shipments and resolving any delivery issues.
- Prepare and manage administrative documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and inventory logs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support the marketing department by providing feedback from customers, assisting in promotional campaigns, and organizing in‑store events.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic inventory audits, and assist in replenishment planning to avoid stockouts.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing work environment.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, contributing ideas for process improvement and sharing market insights.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Wanita).
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent (Sederajat).

- Experience: No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Confidence in approaching customers and presenting products; must not be shy.
- Honesty, meticulousness, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with sales software.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a flexible attitude toward occasional overtime.
