Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of assigned areas, including floors, carpets, windows, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and ensure proper waste disposal following health and safety guidelines.
- Restock cleaning supplies, toiletries, and amenities, and report low inventory to the supervisor.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance or hygiene issues promptly.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor polishers, and steam cleaners safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to the established cleaning schedule while being flexible to accommodate special requests or emergency situations.
- Maintain a professional appearance, wearing the provided uniform and adhering to personal hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Document completed work and any incidents in the daily logbook for management review.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay current with the latest cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Age between 18 and 26 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Must be a female candidate (as specified) and not currently enrolled in college or married.
- Presentable appearance: neat, clean, and courteous at all times.
- Strong interpersonal skills: friendly, communicative, and able to interact politely with clients and colleagues.
- Core personal attributes: honesty, discipline, responsibility, and reliability.
- Physical fitness: capable of standing, walking, and performing light lifting for extended periods.
- Willingness to work night shifts when required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
- Basic understanding of hygiene standards and safety practices.
