To support our expanding network of deliveries, we are seeking a reliable Supir SIM B2 (Heavy‑Vehicle Driver) who can operate trucks and Fuso‑type vehicles with professionalism, safety, and punctuality. This role is essential to ensure that goods move smoothly from our warehouses to customers’ doors while upholding the highest standards of service and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy‑duty trucks (truk, tronton, Fuso) to transport goods according to scheduled routes and delivery windows.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, checking oil levels, brakes, tire pressure, and overall mechanical condition.
- Load and unload cargo safely, securing items to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including waybills, freight notes, and customer signatures.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to confirm route plans, traffic updates, and any special handling instructions.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and environmental regulations.
- Keep the vehicle clean and presentable, both interior and exterior, at all times.
- Report any incidents, vehicle defects, or delivery discrepancies to the operations supervisor promptly.
- Participate in shift rotations and be prepared for occasional out‑of‑city trips as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting route optimizations and efficiency measures.
Requirements
- Male candidates aged between 25 and 45 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid and unrestricted SIM B2 license.
- At least 2 years of proven experience driving large‑capacity trucks or Fuso vehicles.
- In‑depth knowledge of routes throughout Banten, Jabodetabek, and neighboring areas.
- Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles safely.
- Basic vehicle maintenance skills (oil checks, brake inspection, tire rotation, etc.).
- Clean criminal record and no serious traffic violations.
- Physically and mentally fit, with a recent health certificate.
- Strong work ethic: disciplined, honest, responsible, and courteous.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and maintain focus during long drives.
- Willingness to work a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑17:00) and adapt to shift work when needed.
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to the Serang/Cikande area.
