The position is full‑time, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with a clear career path and comprehensive training.
Responsibilities
The Account Officer (AO) will serve as the primary liaison between PT. Bina Artha Ventura and its community partners. Key duties include:
- Identifying and recruiting potential partners, primarily women entrepreneurs from low‑to‑middle income groups, who are eager to launch or grow a micro‑business.
- Organizing these partners into productive groups of approximately ten members, fostering peer support and collective accountability.
- Facilitating the disbursement of working‑capital loans tailored to each group’s needs, while ensuring compliance with internal credit policies.
- Providing ongoing coaching and business development assistance, such as market analysis, cash‑flow management, and basic marketing techniques.
- Maintaining strong, trust‑based relationships with partners through regular field visits, community events, and transparent communication.
- Collecting loan repayments bi‑weekly by coordinating group meetings, preparing accurate payment records, and addressing any repayment challenges promptly.
- Reporting daily and weekly activity summaries to regional supervisors, highlighting successes, risks, and opportunities for portfolio growth.
- Participating in continuous training programs to improve financial literacy, sales skills, and problem‑solving abilities.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Basic marketing and problem‑solving skills; a willingness to learn financial products.
- Self‑motivation, high integrity, and a service‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory and work independently in the field.
