Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Petugas Hubungan (Telemarketing) to join our Mataram Pejanggik branch. This role focuses on promoting vehicle financing solutions both in‑person and via telephone, building strong relationships with prospective borrowers, and supporting the growth of our distribution network. The successful candidate will be a proactive communicator with a solid understanding of the multifinance industry, capable of meeting ambitious sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to generate qualified leads for vehicle financing.
- Engage with walk‑in customers, explain financing options, and guide them through the application process.
- Manage and optimize existing distribution channels, including dealer partnerships and referral networks.
- Perform consumer surveys to gather market intelligence and feedback on product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product features, regulatory changes, and sales techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study fields are acceptable.
- Age: maximum 34 years.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, vehicle financing, or a related sales role (experience is a strong advantage but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Knowledge of multifinance business processes and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, at the Adira Finance branch that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
