Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, courteous demeanor, ensuring each interaction meets the company’s high service standards.
- Prepare and present food and beverage products accurately according to detailed SOPs, guaranteeing consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.
- Process sales transactions using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, card, and mobile payments while maintaining meticulous accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies, and communicate restocking needs to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe outlet environment, including regular sanitization of work surfaces, equipment, and customer areas in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate closely with fellow crew members and shift supervisors to ensure smooth handovers, efficient workflow, and quick resolution of any service issues.
- Adhere to shift schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions to stay updated on new products, promotional campaigns, and safety protocols.
- Collect customer feedback and report any recurring concerns to management to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent.
