Introduction
Adira Finance Banten is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Credit Marketing to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in driving loan product sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding our network of partners across the Banten province. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Head, dealers, and agents to ensure a seamless credit application process that meets both the company’s standards and the consumer’s financing needs.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales initiatives and strategies as directed by the Sales Head, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Explain, tailor, and recommend Adira’s financing products based on individual consumer requirements, highlighting benefits and terms clearly.
- Collect, verify, and process consumer credit applications, ensuring all documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct field surveys and on‑site visits to assess consumer eligibility, gather additional information, and validate data.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Identify, recruit, and develop new partners or agents to broaden Adira’s market reach within the Banten region.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with automobile dealers and other strategic partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Communicate any additional credit requirements or risk assessments to applicants, ensuring transparency throughout the approval process.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, partner activity, and market feedback for senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that could impact credit marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) – a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Maximum age: 29 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in credit sales, financial services, or related fields.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) for travel across the Banten branch network.
- Clean BI Checking/SLIK record.
- Willingness to be placed in any of the Banten branch locations (Serang, Tangerang, Cilegon, Lebak) based on residence.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, adapt quickly to change, and work effectively under pressure.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating credit risk and making sound recommendations.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
