Responsibilities

- Maintain and organize tools, materials, and equipment in the workshop to ensure a safe and efficient working area.
- Utilize the store’s management system to log repair orders, track inventory of supplies, and update job status in real time.
- Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to coordinate repair timelines and manage customer expectations.
- Adhere to quality standards and industry best practices, performing final inspections before returning repaired items to clients.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new repair techniques, material innovations, and sustainability practices in footwear maintenance.
- Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve workshop productivity and reduce turnaround time.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age range: 18‑30 years.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in shoe repair or a related craft.
- Strong teamwork skills – able to work harmoniously with colleagues across departments.
- Excellent communication abilities, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Own a reliable motorcycle for commuting to the workshop.
- Familiarity with basic store management software or inventory systems.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks safely.
