Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Store Cashier – Customer Service & Transaction Handling to join the vibrant team at one of our restaurant locations under the PT. Casa Boga Indonesia umbrella. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced hospitality environment while delivering exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, handling cash and electronic transactions with accuracy, maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace, and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Process all customer orders accurately using the restaurant’s POS (Point‑of‑Sale) system, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Verify transaction amounts, issue receipts, and handle refunds or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide friendly, courteous, and prompt service to every guest, answering questions about menu items, promotions, and special requests.
  • Maintain a tidy cashier station and ensure the surrounding area is clean, organized, and compliant with health‑safety standards.
  • Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies immediately to management.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, servers, and fellow cashiers to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery.
  • Assist in restocking point‑of‑sale supplies such as bags, napkins, and utensils.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on new menu items, promotional campaigns, and cash handling procedures.
  • Uphold the brand’s service standards by adhering to dress code, punctuality, and professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a cashier or front‑of‑house role; 1‑5 years is considered a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in operating POS systems and basic computer skills; familiarity with “Sistem Kasir” is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to converse politely with guests of diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly under pressure.
  • Demonstrated discipline, reliability, and a team‑oriented mindset while also being capable of independent work.
  • Residence in Cimahi, Bandung Barat (KBB), or surrounding areas is required for timely commuting.
  • Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
