Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in‑store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Respond promptly to inbound chat messages, social media inquiries, and phone calls, ensuring a high level of responsiveness.
- Identify customer needs, provide product recommendations, and upsell complementary items to boost store revenue.
- Execute daily promotional activities, including in‑store displays, limited‑time offers, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain accurate daily sales and service reports in accordance with the store’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely restocking.
- Handle customer complaints or returns with empathy, aiming for quick resolution while adhering to company policies.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as average handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and conversion rates.
- Assist in organizing store events and community outreach programs that drive foot traffic and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (as specified) – open to all qualified candidates who meet the core criteria.
- Age: Maximum 25 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Not currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Residence within 10 km of the store location.
- At least one (1) year of experience in retail, sales, or a customer‑service environment; prior experience in a similar role is a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work 8‑hour shifts and occasional 12‑hour full‑time days, with a monthly schedule ranging from 4 to 8 workdays.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications, point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and chat platforms.
