Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve all menu items accurately and within established time standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Execute Wingstop’s Excellent Service program by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment, workstations, and dining areas, adhering to the highest hygiene standards.
- Follow strict food safety and operational procedures, including proper handling, storage, and temperature monitoring of ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions, assist in inventory checks, and support stock replenishment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on menu updates, promotional items, and service protocols.
- Contribute ideas for improving workflow efficiency and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the F&B or hospitality sector, preferably in a fast‑casual restaurant environment.
- Age & Gender: Open to all ages and genders; no specific age limit.

- Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00; flexibility for part‑time or full‑time shifts.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to be assigned to any Wingstop outlet throughout the Jakarta Pusat area.
