Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Operasional Layanan Creambath Profesional to lead our premium salon services team. This pivotal role oversees the day‑to‑day operations of our creambath, eyelash therapy, nail art, capster, manicure, and pedicure offerings, ensuring every client experiences the highest standard of care and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a seasoned salon professional with a passion for service excellence, strong leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the daily workflow of all service stations, including creambath, eyelash, nail art, capster, manicure, and pedicure.
- Ensure strict adherence to salon SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
- Train new and existing staff on techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor service quality, collect client feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage scheduling, shift rotations, and attendance for a team that works Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Maintain inventory levels of consumables and professional-grade products, placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to promote specialty treatments and seasonal packages.
- Prepare operational reports, track key performance indicators, and present findings to senior management.
- Resolve client complaints promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Foster a positive, team‑oriented work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a professional salon or spa setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Not currently enrolled in any academic program (full‑time availability).
- Proficient in following and enforcing salon SOPs.
- Hands‑on expertise in eyelash therapy, nail art, capster services, creambath, manicure, and pedicure.
- Strong skill set in hair styling (Seni Menata Rambut) and overall aesthetics.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer‑service skills.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate staff and manage performance.
