We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing & Telesales Specialist on a maternity‑leave cover basis. This hybrid role combines the art of persuasive telesales with the creativity of digital content production, supporting our growth initiatives in the West Bandung area. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing departments to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects through phone and online channels, and craft compelling visual and written content that aligns with our brand voice. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound telephone calls to prospect new customers, qualify leads, and close sales for the company’s products and services.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media ads, Google Ads, and email marketing, to amplify sales efforts.
- Conceptualize, design, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, copy) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, following an editorial calendar.
- Edit and proof‑read all digital assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and high visual standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as click‑through rates, conversion rates, cost‑per‑lead, and return on ad spend, providing weekly analytics reports to management.
- Maintain a robust CRM database, logging interactions, updating lead statuses, and tracking sales pipelines to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media messaging, employing persuasive negotiation techniques to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the operations, product, and customer support teams to gather product knowledge, resolve client concerns, and improve overall service delivery.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging digital tools, and best practices in both telesales and content creation, recommending process improvements when appropriate.
- Prepare concise performance summaries and present insights to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a background in Digital Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a telesales role, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience as a Content Creator or Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing visual and video assets.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including social media strategy, paid advertising, SEO basics, and lead generation tactics.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar, and basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
- Self‑motivated team player who can work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
