Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, answering product queries and providing recommendations.
- Maintain neat and organized shelves by arranging merchandise, rotating stock, and ensuring price tags are accurate.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, record stock levels, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Support store operations such as unloading deliveries, handling cash registers, and processing sales transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to promotional activities.
- Monitor store cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Participate in shift handovers, documenting any issues or pending tasks for the incoming crew.
- Provide feedback on customer trends and product performance to help improve merchandising strategies.
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules, including weekends and occasional evening hours, to meet business needs.
- Uphold ethical standards by being honest, reliable, and accountable for all tasks performed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Fresh graduates or individuals with prior experience as store staff are welcome.

- Residency in Padang or surrounding areas to ensure punctuality and availability.
- Familiarity with basic store management systems is an advantage.
