Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean rooms, including floors, walls, windows, and furniture using appropriate tools and cleaning agents.
- Operate vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and other specialized equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify and remove dust, dirt, stains, and debris from a wide range of surfaces, adapting methods for delicate or high‑traffic areas.
- Arrange and tidy rooms after cleaning, ensuring that all items are properly placed and that the space is ready for immediate use.
- Apply personal protective equipment such as gloves and masks to safeguard against hazardous chemicals.
- Follow established safety and occupational health procedures, reporting any incidents or hazards promptly.
- Communicate professionally with clients to confirm satisfaction, address concerns, and adapt services to meet specific needs.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, request replenishments, and ensure proper storage of chemicals.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience.
- Strong work ethic, honesty, and a high degree of responsibility.
- Good grooming, a positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work three‑shift schedules (morning, afternoon, night) as needed.
- No visible tattoos or piercings that conflict with client policies.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety data sheets, and proper handling procedures.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in operating cleaning machinery such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.
- Adaptability to changing tasks and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
