Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short‑term and long‑term marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive positioning, and emerging trends.
- Plan, organize, and lead direct‑selling initiatives, including door‑to‑door visits, product demonstrations, and community outreach events.
- Maintain a personal Android smartphone and motorbike for on‑the‑ground activities and client visits.
- Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, local fairs, and networking events, building strong relationships with prospects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce promotional materials, social media content, and sales collateral.
- Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust tactics based on data analysis.
- Participate in a mandatory three‑day intensive training program in Malang Raya to master product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Adhere to the company’s policy of exclusive employment—no concurrent work with competing firms.
- Work a six‑day schedule (Monday to Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, demonstrating reliability and punctuality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age between 25 and 38 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Possession of a personal Android smartphone and a motorbike for field work.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable meeting new people.
- Willingness to engage in direct selling and represent the brand confidently.
- Commitment to exclusive employment with our organization.
- Ability to attend a three‑day training session in Malang Raya.
- Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the marketing field.
