Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine inspections of equipment, reporting any malfunctions or safety hazards to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Assist in the preparation of raw materials, ensuring proper handling, storage, and labeling before they enter the production process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including regular sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment.
- Follow quality control guidelines by checking dimensions, weight, and visual appearance of finished goods; document any deviations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and adjust workflow as needed to handle peak demand.
- Participate in daily briefings, providing feedback on process improvements, bottlenecks, or resource needs.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Support inventory management by recording material usage and assisting with stock replenishment.
- Engage in continuous learning by attending on‑the‑job training sessions and safety drills.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old; no upper age limit.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Health: Physically and mentally fit to handle the demands of a production environment.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Skills: Basic understanding of production processes, ability to follow instructions, and strong teamwork orientation.
- Preferred: Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn new tasks quickly.
