Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Freelance Sales and Cashier (Penjualan serta Layanan Kasir) to join our fast‑growing retail team. Responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers through in‑store greetings, phone calls, and messaging apps, presenting product features and promotional offers.
- Maintain an organized checkout area, accurately process transactions using the POS system, and handle cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Perform daily reconciliation of sales receipts, ensuring that all transactions match the cash drawer and electronic reports.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, reporting low‑stock items, and helping with restocking shelves.
- Provide post‑sale support, answering product queries, processing returns or exchanges, and following up on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, set up in‑store displays, and gather feedback on campaign effectiveness.
- Track personal sales performance against targets, prepare weekly activity reports, and suggest improvements to boost conversion rates.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Utilize a tablet or smartphone to access the inventory system, update product information, and communicate with supervisors in real time.
- Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions and self‑study, enabling confident recommendations to customers.
Requirements
- Maximum age: 26 years.
- Minimum education: SMA / SMK or equivalent.
- Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and discipline.
- Ability to work under sales targets and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in operating tablets, smartphones, and basic POS software.
- Prior experience in sales or cashier roles is preferred but not mandatory.
