Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and petty cash management.
- Prepare, review, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely processing of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist the finance manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
- Manage and update master data in accounting software, ensuring accuracy of employee records, student fees, and other financial entries.
- Support the administration team by handling correspondence, filing, and documentation related to finance and operational matters.
- Provide clear and courteous communication with parents regarding billing, fee structures, and payment schedules.
- Participate in internal audits, preparing required documentation and facilitating auditor inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies on health, safety, and religious observance, promoting a harmonious workplace culture.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Muslimah with a high moral character; wearing hijab is mandatory.
- Physically and spiritually healthy, with a disciplined approach to religious practices.
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Accounting, Management, Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administration or finance, preferably within an educational setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data‑processing tools, with strong analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail in financial recording, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Ability to manage invoices, process payments, and handle petty cash efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially when interacting with parents and team members.
- Friendly, engaging, and informative personality that contributes to a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Residency in Bandung or surrounding areas.
- Age: No specific maximum; candidates should meet the maturity required for the role.
- Gender: Open to all genders, though the primary requirement is a Muslimah who observes hijab.
- Basic education requirement: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
