This role is pivotal in shaping brand perception, driving engagement, and delivering measurable business results through integrated marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies—both offline and online—to boost brand awareness and support company objectives.
- Produce creative content and editorial calendars for all digital touchpoints, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and printed collateral such as brochures and posters.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events ranging from trade exhibitions and product launches to internal corporate gatherings, ensuring seamless logistics and maximum impact.
- Monitor campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), generate analytical reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.
- Conduct market research to uncover consumer insights, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities that inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Corporate Communications teams to align messaging with product features and market needs.
- Manage the marketing budget responsibly, optimizing spend to achieve the highest possible return on investment (ROI).
- Apply technical SEO knowledge and digital advertising expertise to enhance online visibility and conversion rates.
- Stay current with the latest digital communication trends, social media algorithms, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in corporate marketing or marketing communications, preferably within an agency or service‑oriented environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and event management.
- Proficiency with social media management tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and an understanding of algorithmic changes.
- Hands‑on experience with technical SEO, keyword research, and performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly to new technologies, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative setting.
