Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Merchandiser Produk Retail dengan Fokus Penjualan to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will be the front‑line champion of product presentation, ensuring that every shelf and display not only looks inviting but also drives sales growth. Working across multiple store locations, you will collaborate closely with store managers, inventory planners, and the marketing department to deliver a seamless shopping experience that reflects our brand’s high standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement eye‑catching product displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
- Maintain optimal stock levels on the shop floor, performing regular checks to prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
- Execute planograms accurately, adjusting layouts based on sales data and store traffic patterns.
- Conduct competitor analysis on merchandising tactics and pricing, providing actionable insights to the sales team.
- Monitor product turnover rates and report trends, recommending replenishment or markdown strategies as needed.
- Coordinate with store staff to ensure proper handling of merchandise, including receiving, unpacking, and labeling.
- Gather and analyze consumer feedback on product placement and visual appeal to continuously improve the shopping environment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly merchandising reports for regional managers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and store hygiene standards during all merchandising activities.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates of all ages are encouraged to apply.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Entry‑level (0+ years) – fresh graduates with a strong interest in retail are welcome.
- Key Skills:
- Competitor analysis and market trend identification.
- Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Physical ability to lift and arrange merchandise up to 20 kg.
