Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Store Administrator to join our dynamic team in Grabag. This pivotal role supports daily store operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and that the store maintains a high level of customer service excellence. As the front‑line liaison between management, staff, and suppliers, you will play a crucial part in fostering an organized, welcoming, and profitable retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound and outbound communications, including phone calls, emails, and in‑store inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, process purchase orders, and coordinate with the logistics team to guarantee stock availability.
  • Prepare daily sales reports, financial summaries, and performance dashboards for store managers and corporate leadership.
  • Handle cash register reconciliation, banking deposits, and basic bookkeeping tasks while adhering to company financial policies.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling, track attendance, and oversee payroll inputs to support a smooth workforce operation.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, seasonal sales, and visual merchandising initiatives.
  • Ensure the store’s administrative area is organized, maintains proper filing systems (both digital and paper), and complies with data privacy standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing complaints, processing returns, and guiding customers through product information.
  • Support the recruitment process by preparing interview schedules, onboarding documentation, and training materials for new hires.
  • Continuously identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall store performance.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate degree) or equivalent; candidates with SMA/SMK background are also welcome.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years old, reflecting a youthful yet responsible workforce.
  • Gender: Open to all genders; diversity and inclusion are core values.
  • Experience: No prior experience required, though any background in retail, administration, or customer service is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in computer operations, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic POS systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Honest, well‑presented, with a pleasant demeanor; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Availability: Willing to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events.
