Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) distribution team as Sales Motoris for the Cikarang‑Bekasi region. In this role, you will be the face of our brand on the road, delivering products directly to retail outlets and ensuring our customers receive top‑notch service. No prior sales experience is required—just a willingness to learn, a reliable motorcycle, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes, visiting assigned stores and direct customers throughout the Cikarang‑Bekasi area.
- Introduce and promote our portfolio of FMCG products, highlighting key features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with shop owners, managers, and decision‑makers to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels on the motorbike, conduct stock checks, and arrange timely replenishment to avoid out‑of‑stock situations.
- Record all sales transactions, update order sheets, and submit comprehensive daily reports to the regional sales supervisor.
- Communicate upcoming promotions, new product launches, and merchandising guidelines to retail partners.
- Ensure product displays, shelf placements, and promotional materials comply with company standards and visual merchandising policies.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets while adhering to company policies on pricing and discount structures.
- Provide feedback from the field regarding market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to help shape future sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.

- Valid driver’s license for a motorcycle and a well‑maintained vehicle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing routes, product assortments, and promotional calendars.
- Basic numeracy and administrative aptitude for accurate sales recording and reporting.
- Self‑discipline to manage time effectively, especially during the 07:30‑17:00 work schedule, Monday through Saturday.
- No prior sales experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
