Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Partner Bisnis Wilayah who will act as the front‑line liaison between our loan programs and the local community. The role combines field sales, financial counseling, and client relationship management to help households access affordable financing and improve their economic wellbeing.

This position is based in the Tanjung Jabung Barat area and involves frequent travel to villages, markets, and partner agencies. The successful candidate will be a self‑starter with strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for identifying new business opportunities, and a genuine passion for financial inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential new borrowers by conducting door‑to‑door visits, community events, and referrals within the assigned territory.
  • Guide prospective clients through Amartha’s loan application process, explaining product features, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
  • Provide ongoing economic counseling to existing members, helping them manage household budgets, improve cash flow, and plan for growth.
  • Conduct on‑site surveys and feasibility analyses of financing applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s risk‑assessment framework, internal procedures, and regulatory policies.
  • Prepare and present detailed recommendation reports to the credit committee, highlighting borrower creditworthiness, collateral options, and repayment capacity.
  • Facilitate weekly coordination meetings with member groups, monitoring loan disbursements, repayments, and any emerging issues.
  • Maintain accurate field records, update the CRM system with client interactions, and submit regular performance reports to the regional manager.
  • Collaborate with local government units, cooperatives, and partner NGOs to strengthen Amartha’s outreach and brand reputation.
  • Travel across the entire Amartha branch network as needed, representing the company at regional workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; candidates with a bachelor’s degree (S1) are highly preferred.
  • Age: maximum 28 years (the company also considers applicants up to 30 years based on experience).
  • Gender: open to all genders.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome, but candidates with prior field sales or micro‑finance experience will have an advantage.
  • Possession of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) for daily field visits.
  • Willingness to work in the field, including weekends for occasional community events, with a standard work schedule of Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build trust with low‑income households.
  • Strong analytical ability to assess loan applications against Amartha’s risk criteria.
  • Readiness to be placed at any Amartha branch throughout the region, adapting quickly to new environments.
