Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual storytelling.
- Lead the creation of branding concepts for new product launches, events, and corporate initiatives.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and budget constraints.
- Conduct regular design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior designers.

- Prepare print‑ready files and coordinate with external vendors for production of brochures, signage, and merchandise.
- Maintain a well‑organized digital asset library for easy retrieval and reuse of design elements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web‑friendly tools such as Canva, Figma, or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual branding, social media graphics, and promotional design.
- Excellent creative thinking, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering polished work.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of print production processes, color theory, typography, and UI/UX fundamentals.
