Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team in the Karawaci and Tangerang regions. Responsibilities
- Present and explain the features, benefits, and applications of our products and services to prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations that align with those needs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs on a daily or weekly basis.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Maintain a well‑organized pipeline of leads using CRM tools and follow up consistently.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and after‑sales teams to convey market feedback and improve offerings.
- Travel within the assigned territories (Karawaci & Tangerang) using personal transportation and a valid SIM A/C.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and product workshops to stay current with industry trends.
- Uphold company policies, including compliance with health and safety regulations and ethical sales practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major) from a recognized institution.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within a B2C or B2B environment.
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively convey product value.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and accountability.
- Own reliable vehicle and a valid SIM A/C for mobile sales activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, for reporting and data analysis.
- Flexibility to work with a mobile sales system, including field visits and on‑site client meetings.
- Basic negotiation and objection‑handling skills, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Open to continuous learning and adapting to new sales tools and market dynamics.
