Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the Kediri region, focusing on both small and medium‑sized enterprises that require reliable logistics solutions.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, conducting regular follow‑ups to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional service needs.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales while adhering to company pricing policies.
- Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams to guarantee timely pickup, transportation, and delivery of goods.
- Handle the full sales cycle—from lead generation and needs analysis to contract signing and post‑sale support.
- Maintain accurate sales records, update the CRM system, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Provide administrative support for sales activities, including documentation, invoicing, and filing of shipping paperwork.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share market insights, and contribute ideas for promotional campaigns.
- Attend local industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to raise brand awareness and generate leads.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
