Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation, and follow‑up communications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments—such as logistics, finance, and technical support—to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Participate in daily briefings and weekly performance reviews to share insights and suggest process improvements.
  • Support the creation of FAQ resources, help‑center articles, and other self‑service tools to empower customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
