Mal Atrium Senen is seeking a dedicated Therapist Pediatrik to join our dynamic team within the vibrant environment of our family‑focused retail and service hub. Responsibilities
- Provide gentle, age‑appropriate therapeutic sessions for children, focusing on reflexology, relaxation techniques, and basic pediatric care.
- Integrate artistic elements—such as guided drawing activities—into therapy sessions to enhance engagement and emotional expression.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and child‑friendly treatment area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Communicate clearly with parents or guardians, explaining treatment plans, progress, and any recommended follow‑up care.
- Record session notes accurately in the clinic’s digital system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data‑privacy standards.
- Collaborate with other mall service providers (e.g., nutritionists, pediatricians, child activity coordinators) to create holistic wellness programs.
- Assist in organizing monthly wellness workshops and community outreach events aimed at families and children.
- Handle scheduling, appointment reminders, and occasional administrative tasks related to client intake.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with the latest pediatric therapeutic techniques and best practices.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; vocational packages (paket C) are not accepted.
- Must not be a fresh graduate; at least one year of relevant experience or demonstrable practical exposure is preferred.
- Strong interest and skill in drawing or visual arts, to be incorporated into therapeutic sessions.
- Residence preferably within the vicinity of Nafil Nails or the Atrium Senen area for easy commute.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to explain concepts to children and their parents clearly.
- Ability to commit to a one‑year contract and work extended shift hours (08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday).
- Must not be currently enrolled in any academic program (no concurrent college studies).
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a genuine passion for child development and wellness.
