Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high‑quality graphics for marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Design print collateral such as flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and point‑of‑sale displays that align with brand guidelines.
- Create engaging visual content for social media, email newsletters, and the company website, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity, including logo variations, color palettes, typography, and visual style guides.
- Adapt quickly to feedback, iterate designs efficiently, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to keep our visual communication fresh and competitive.
- Prepare files for production, ensuring proper resolution, color profiles, and file formats for both print and digital output.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in retail or consumer electronics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in branding, print design, and digital media.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a keen eye for visual composition.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight project timelines.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 11:00 – 20:00.
