Responsibilities
- Accurately process sales transactions using the store’s POS and inventory management system.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments while adhering to company cash‑handling policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering product questions and suggesting complementary items.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Perform end‑of‑day reconciliation, balancing cash drawers and preparing deposit slips.
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking shelves, and rotating products to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and uphold store standards.
- Operate under pressure during peak hours, maintaining composure and efficiency.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, especially in a high‑traffic retail environment.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 qualification (or equivalent).
- Age: Open to all ages; flexibility to work the full schedule is essential.

- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
