Introduction
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Pengemudi Pengantar Kopi (Rider). In this role you will be the friendly face of our brand, bringing freshly brewed coffee directly to customers across the city using an electric bicycle. This position offers a unique blend of sales, customer service, and logistical responsibilities, perfect for candidates who enjoy an active work environment and have a passion for coffee culture.
Responsibilities
- Sell a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages while riding an electric bike throughout designated routes.
- Pick up prepared coffee orders from the central hub and ensure they are delivered promptly and in perfect condition.
- Collect cash or digital payments from customers, issue receipts, and accurately record daily sales figures.
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance for both the rider and the mobile coffee station.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on the electric bicycle to guarantee safety and reliability.
- Engage customers with friendly conversation, answer product‑related questions, and suggest add‑ons to increase average transaction value.
- Submit end‑of‑day sales reports and reconcile cash drawers with the assistance of the operations manager.
- Adhere to all local traffic regulations and company safety protocols while on the road.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting low stock levels of cups, lids, napkins, and coffee beans back to the hub.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on new menu items, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 45 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Key Skills:
- Basic sales analysis – ability to track personal sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency with sales tools – familiarity with mobile POS apps and digital payment platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Time management – reliably meet delivery schedules and route deadlines.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for routine bike maintenance.
- Commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.
- Availability: Full‑time, Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
