Introduction
PT. Industri Prima Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Teknisi Maintenance Peralatan Industri to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our industrial equipment, ranging from electrical systems to HVAC, pumps, and plumbing infrastructure. The successful candidate will work on a six‑day schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, collaborating closely with engineers, supervisors, and fellow technicians to keep production lines running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations, including panels, wiring, and control circuits.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioning units, ensuring optimal temperature control for production environments.
- Maintain and service water pumps and related hydraulic systems, guaranteeing consistent flow rates and pressure levels.
- Execute plumbing tasks such as pipe fitting, leak detection, and drainage system upkeep.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery, document findings, and update maintenance logs in accordance with ISO‑9001 standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement equipment upgrades and retrofits that improve energy efficiency.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, minimizing downtime and communicating status updates to shift supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, use personal protective equipment, and participate in regular safety briefings.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking spare parts, ordering supplies, and ensuring that critical components are stocked.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent technical diploma.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance, with proven expertise in electrical, AC, pump, panel, and plumbing systems.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, to effectively coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday) and handle occasional overtime during critical production periods.
- Commitment to safety, with a solid understanding of local occupational health and safety regulations.
- Basic computer literacy for using maintenance management software and documenting work orders.
