Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Explain the pawn‑shop procedures, including valuation, loan terms, and repayment options.
- Conduct thorough checks of items submitted for collateral, following established SOPs.
- Process pawn transactions, payments, and loan settlements accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clear guidance on the repayment process and the handling of pledged goods.
- Maintain meticulous records in the system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with the finance and security teams to resolve any discrepancies or customer concerns.
- Operate office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to generate reports and client correspondence.
- Adhere to company policies, including the requirement to hold a current SKCK (police clearance).
- Work flexibly across different locations when required, demonstrating adaptability and reliability.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 29 years 11 months (both male and female applicants welcome).
- Height: Minimum 150 cm for women, 155 cm for men; weight should be proportionate.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (Package C).
- Work experience: At least 1 year in customer service, retail, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and politely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Active SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian) required.
- Personal attributes: attentive, diligent, resilient, honest, disciplined, and capable of handling pressure.
- Willingness to be placed in a different domicile if needed.
