Responsibilities
- Promote BCA Finance’s portfolio of loan and financing products to existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and develop new market segments, expanding the branch’s network of partners and referral sources.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients, small‑medium enterprises, and individual borrowers.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and collect detailed consumer data to assess creditworthiness and loan eligibility.
- Perform thorough data analysis, preparing reports that support underwriting decisions and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with internal sales, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of applications.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the branch management.
- Provide timely feedback from the field to help refine product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, adhering to BCA Finance’s data‑protection policies under UU No. 27/2022.
- Represent BCA Finance at community events, trade shows, and local business gatherings to boost brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4/S1 in any discipline; all academic backgrounds are welcome.
- GPA of at least 2.50 on a 4.00 scale.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated and enthusiastic about field work, with a willingness to travel across Serang and surrounding areas.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and personal motorbike for on‑site visits.
- Resident of Serang or nearby districts, ensuring prompt client outreach.
