Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Mitra Program Penawaran Denda di Samosir. This field‑based role focuses on offering payment solutions and settlement options to customers who have outstanding fines that have already been partially paid. The position is based in the Samosir region and requires a proactive mindset, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to achieving targets.

Responsibilities

  • Approach customers who have pending fines and present clear, courteous payment or settlement proposals.
  • Negotiate payment plans that align with company policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, proposals offered, and agreements reached.
  • Travel to designated field locations using a personal motorcycle, adhering to scheduled routes and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the central office to update payment statuses and receive daily targets.
  • Identify patterns in customer objections and provide feedback to improve the program’s approach.
  • Conduct follow‑up visits or calls to ensure agreed payments are processed on time.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 21 years or older; no maximum age limit.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Possession of a valid motorcycle and an active SIM C driving license.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Target‑oriented mindset; capable of meeting or exceeding daily and weekly quotas.
  • Resilience and perseverance – “pantang menyerah” – especially when faced with challenging negotiations.
  • Honesty, accountability, and a high degree of personal integrity.
  • Willingness to work in the field from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
  • Basic understanding of debt collection processes and the ability to explain payment terms clearly.
