Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily office activities, including scheduling, filing, and reception duties.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, meeting minutes, and reports for senior management.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and monitor budget allocations for operational expenses.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing workstations, access credentials, and orientation materials.
- Utilize office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent) to generate spreadsheets, presentations, and databases.
- Support cross‑functional teams by providing timely administrative assistance and data extracts as needed.
- Implement and monitor data backup procedures, ensuring critical information is securely stored and recoverable.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and assist in implementing workflow automation.
- Adhere to a structured work schedule: Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and respond promptly to urgent requests.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree) or SMA/SMK equivalent.
- Open to all genders; specific preference for candidates under 30 years of age.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing, spreadsheets, and basic database management.
- Strong work ethic: diligent, disciplined, and serious about delivering quality results.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in office administration or data handling is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
