The position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Whether you are a recent graduate of SMA/SMK or an experienced driver looking for a new challenge, we provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment that encourages growth and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily delivery routes, optimizing for time, fuel efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Load, unload, and secure goods in the vehicle, ensuring proper handling of fragile or hazardous items.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, report any maintenance issues, and keep the vehicle clean and well‑maintained.
- Interact courteously with customers, obtain signatures, and resolve any delivery‑related queries on site.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse staff, dispatchers, and the logistics coordination team to meet service level agreements.
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules, traffic conditions, and urgent delivery requests while working under pressure.
- Follow all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with new delivery technologies and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 35 years (maximum 35 years at the time of application).
- Valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM A) preferred; candidates without SIM A will be considered if they demonstrate strong driving aptitude.
- Gender: Open to all genders; the job description lists “Laki‑laki” for reference, but we encourage applications from anyone meeting the criteria.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.
