Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and negotiate partnership agreements with schools, government institutions, private companies, village communities, markets, and UMKM entities for student‑card insurance programs.
  • Design, pilot, and roll out customized insurance solutions that meet the specific needs of each partner organization.
  • Conduct thorough market surveys and target analyses to prioritize high‑potential regions and institutions.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with both public and private stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation and ongoing collaboration.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, including performance metrics, documentation, and actionable recommendations for senior management.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor business partners and sub‑agents, building a robust network that expands the company’s reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to refine program offerings based on feedback and market trends.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring all activities adhere to industry standards.
  • Lead weekly team meetings, set clear targets, and track the achievement of sales and partnership goals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, pipeline, and partnership data, providing accurate forecasting for the sales director.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the insurance sector or a related B2B sales environment (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Extensive network of contacts within schools, government agencies, community organizations, markets, and UMKM networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and lead a team of partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
