Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they enter the store.
- Assist shoppers in locating products, provide detailed product information, and suggest complementary items to increase sales.
- Handle point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions accurately, process returns, exchanges, and issue receipts in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring that promotional materials are up‑to‑date.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock situations, and coordinate with the back‑office team for timely replenishment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer reconciliation, cleaning, and safety checks.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about new product lines, sales techniques, and company initiatives.
- Uphold store security by following loss‑prevention protocols and reporting suspicious activity.
- Contribute ideas for improving customer experience, store layout, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 30 years old.
- Height: at least 155 cm for females, 160 cm for males.
- Polished appearance with an energetic and cheerful personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic proficiency with a store management system or willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
