We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Host Live Streaming Professional to lead our online sales events across popular platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram. Responsibilities
- Plan, host, and execute live streaming sessions for product launches, flash sales, and promotional campaigns.
- Deliver clear, detailed, and persuasive product explanations that highlight benefits and address customer questions.
- Engage with the audience in real‑time, responding to comments, answering inquiries, and creating an energetic atmosphere.
- Implement pre‑written scripts and campaign guidelines while maintaining flexibility to adapt to live feedback.
- Track and analyze live stream metrics (viewership, engagement, conversion rates) to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure alignment on branding, messaging, and visual assets.
- Maintain a disciplined schedule, arriving promptly for rehearsals, briefings, and live sessions from Monday to Saturday (09:00‑17:00).
- Stay updated on platform trends, new features, and best practices for TikTok, Shopee, and Instagram live commerce.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in live selling, digital broadcasting, or related sales roles.
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; age 18 + is required.
- Confident on‑camera presence with the ability to speak clearly and persuasively.
- Strong communication and expressive skills; able to convey product value in an engaging manner.
- Experience with TikTok, Shopee, or Instagram live platforms is a distinct advantage.
- Disciplined, punctual, and eager to learn new technologies and sales techniques.
- Proficiency in basic live‑streaming tools, script handling, and real‑time audience interaction.
