Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and execute daily learning‑play activities aligned with the daycare’s curriculum and thematic units.
- Facilitate storytelling sessions that enhance language acquisition, imagination, and listening skills.
- Lead art & craft projects that develop fine motor abilities, creativity, and color recognition.
- Introduce simple science explorations that foster curiosity, observation, and basic problem‑solving.
- Organize sensory‑motor activities (e.g., sand, water, texture tables) to support cognitive and physical development.
- Support language development through songs, rhymes, and interactive dialogue.
- Maintain small‑group classroom environments that are safe, welcoming, and stimulating.
- Assist with child care duties during transitions, meals, and restroom breaks, ensuring each child feels cared for.
- Observe and document each child’s progress across cognitive, social, emotional, and motor domains; produce weekly progress reports for parents and supervisors.
- Uphold cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the learning space.
- Collaborate closely with caregivers, administrators, and event coordinators to deliver special programs, holiday celebrations, and parent‑teacher meetings.
- Continuously reflect on and improve teaching practices through peer feedback, professional development workshops, and self‑assessment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Primary School Teaching (PGSD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Female candidates residing in Kabupaten Cianjur are preferred, though the core focus remains on competence and passion.
- Strong love for children, patience, empathy, and a nurturing disposition.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design interactive, age‑appropriate activities.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal storytelling and written reporting.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities to adapt lessons on the fly.
