We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Keamanan dan Pelayanan Warkop to join our vibrant coffee‑shop team. This dual‑role position combines the responsibilities of maintaining a safe, welcoming environment with providing front‑line customer service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, well‑presented young professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, shift‑based setting and enjoys interacting with both regular patrons and first‑time visitors.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the premises to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and equipment, promptly addressing any security concerns.
- Greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and assist with order taking during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and maintain accurate daily sales records.
- Conduct regular patrols of the coffee shop, parking area, and surrounding vicinity to deter theft and vandalism.
- Enforce store policies, including age‑restricted sales and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, restroom facilities, and entryways.
- Coordinate with kitchen and barista staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment.
- Report incidents, accidents, or maintenance issues to management using the store’s incident‑report system.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including securing doors, setting alarms, and performing end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
- Provide occasional support for promotional events, product launches, and community outreach programs.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; age maximum 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Attractive personal appearance and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively with baristas, kitchen staff, and management.
- Ability to handle nighttime duties responsibly (“Diizinkan Mama Pulang Malam”).
- Basic knowledge of store management systems and cash handling.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and conduct occasional security patrols.
